SERVICES: Field Services
To support our products and customers worldwide, ESSCO employs a full-time staff of experienced professional field service technicians and engineers. Having installed thousands of radomes worldwide, ESSCO's field service department has the most experience in installing radomes safely and efficiently. We've developed a global network of contacts to support our installations. As a benefit to our customers, ESSCO also adds an extra year of warranty for customers who use us to install their radome. Our crews understand the requirements unique to each site and conduct their work in a safe and timely manner. Services available include:

All field service representatives are trained by ESSCO and follow all OSHA and local safety regulations for climbing and rigging. ESSCO crews have installed radomes worldwide at the most difficult sites, including Antarctica and sites above the Arctic Circle . Radomes have been installed on towers as high as 300 feet.
ESSCO works closely with the customer to develop an installation approach for each site taking into consideration key factors such as:
- Local weather conditions
- Other equipment and antennas in place
- Need to minimize downtime
Installations are performed in the fastest, safest way possible. On many sites ESSCO has arranged 24-hour installation efforts to meet operational and weather window requirements.
With multiple crews working on three to four continents at any given time, ESSCO can typically provide 24-hour response time for emergency situations.
The responsiveness and professionalism of our field service organization has resulted in letters of commendation from many customers, including the U.S. Air Force, the Federal Aviation Administration, Thomson, Siemens, Northrop Grumman, General Dynamics, and Lockheed Martin. |
