ESSCO was the first ground-based radome supplier in the world certified to ISO 9001 and meets the requirements of MIL-Q-9858A.

Quality is a key element in the design and manufacture of ESSCO products. As a major supplier for commercial, government, and military customers, our quality assurance program attains the highest level of quality and complies with ISO 9001. ESSCO previously worked to MIL-Q- 9858A and NATO AQAP 4 until these standards were upgraded to the more encompassing ISO 9001.

ISO 9001 is a comprehensive international compliance standard specifying requirements in design, development, production, installation, and servicing. ESSCO's compliance to these requirements is periodically audited by an independent accrediting agency, TUV America.

ESSCO’s subsidiary, L-3 ECL, includes duplicate manufacturing facilities and produces a full range of radome products using identical manufacturing processes. ECL is also an ISO registered company, certified to ISO 9002, which addresses fabrication, installation, and servicing.
